The United States Embassy is pleased to announce the second round of the Democracy Commission Small Grants program for the U.S. fiscal year 2010 to support initiatives to help in the development of democracy, respect for human rights, and civic education in Armenia. Special consideration will be given to proposals seeking to promote cooperation between civil society and local governments and to proposals that involve cross-border initiatives that promote interaction between Armenia and Turkey.
